Buka Puasa At The Mill


Ramadhan is a month of repentance and reform. In the spirit of the holy month, The Mill at The Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur is offering a humble Mubarak feast from now until 27 Sept.

The Kitchen Team, led by Executive Sous Chef Ammar Ibrahim and Master Malay Chef Faisal Mat Duri, have prepared five rotation menus, each comprising over 80 dishes daily.

The Ramadhan buffet offers an extensive selection of authentic Malay dishes and regional specialties, along with appetisers, salads, condiments, breads and soups. Main dishes include Ayam Masak Merah, Daging Masak Kerutub, Kari Ikan Tenggiri, Udang Masak Sambal Petai, Pucuk Ubi Masak Lemak, Ketupat Palas dengan Serunding Ikan Bakar & Air Asam, and of course, Chef Ammar’s succulent, spit-roasted whole lamb.

There are also the traditional Malay kuih and desserts such as Sago Gula Melaka, Pulut Serawa Durian, Bubur Pulut Hitam, Tapai Ubi, Tapai Pulut, Agar-agar and thirst quenchers like Air Bandung, Air Cincau, and Air Barli.

The buffet is available from 7pm – 9.30pm daily and priced at RM88++ per adult and RM42++ for children between four to 12 years of age. The surau is located on the third floor for guests who wish to perform their maghrib prayers.
